Last day to clinch 45.47% bonus shares of Nagbeli Laghubitta; LTP at Rs 3,751

Today is the last day to clinch dividend of Nagbeli Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (NBBL). NBBL had proposed 45.47% bonus and 2.53% cash (for tax purpose) to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. The book closure date for the AGM has been set from Mangsir 13 to Mangsir 25, 2074. But only those shareholders holding shares till today (Mangsir 12, 2074) i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed bonus shares. Separate book closure date will be announced for the right shares. NBBL had distributed 60% bonus share to its shareholders from the profit it made in the fiscal year 2072/73. Its current paid up capital stands at Rs 5.25 crore. After 45.47% bonus and 100% right shares announced by the microfinance, it will reach to Rs 15.26 crore. Nagbeli Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (NBBL) will be convening its 8^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 25, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at C.P. Hotel and Party Palace, Birtamode, Jhapa at 11:30 AM. It had earned Rs 25.50 lakh in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75. Its LTP stood at Rs 3,751 as of last trading day.
