Last day to clinch 25% cash dividend of Bottlers Nepal (Terai); LTP at Rs 5,900

Today is the last day to clinch 25% cash dividend of Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited (BNT). Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited had announced dividend of Rs. 25 per share on equity shares of Rs. 100 each to its shareholders. The company has decided to close the register of their shareholders from Mangsir 11, 2074 till Mangsir 25, 2074 for the purpose of holding 31^st Annual General Meeting of the company. But only those shareholders holding their shares till today (Mangsir 10, 2074) are eligible for the proposed cash dividend. It will be conducting its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 25, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Hotel Annapurna, Kathmandu at 12:30 AM. It had earned Rs 39.54 crore in the fourth quarter of the FY 2073/74. The last traded price of Bottlers Nepal (Terai) stands at Rs 5,900 as of last trading day.
