Last day to clinch 21.05% dividend of Soaltee Hotel; LTP at Rs 322

Today is the last day to clinch 21.05% dividend of Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) . The book closure date for the dividend has been set on Mangsir 4, 2074 till Mangsir 28, 2074. Only those shareholders having shares one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. till today (Mangsir 3, 2074) are eligible for bonus share of the company and participation in the AGM. SHL has proposed 15% bonus shares and 6.05% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2073/74. It will be convening its 43^rd AGM on Mangsir 28, 2074 at Tribhuwan Army Officer Club, Sundhara, Kathmandu. SHL had earned net profit of Rs 18.29 crore up to the end of fourth quarter of FY 2073/74. Its current paid up capital stands at Rs 57.91 crore. After issuance of 15% bonus share, its paid up capital will reach Rs 66.59 crore. Its LTP stood at Rs 322 as of last trading day.
