Last day to clinch 15% & 19.50% dividend of Machhapuchchhre Bank & Kailash Bikas Bank respectively

Today is the last day to clinch 15% dividend of Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited (MBL). The 359^th board meeting of the bank held on Kartik 2, 2074 had announced 9% bonus shares and 6% cash dividend including for tax purpose to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2073/74. MBL has proposed bonus on its current paid up capital of Rs 7.39 arba including its recently floated 12% right share. After issuance of 9% bonus share, its paid up capital will reach Rs 8.05 arba. MBL will be convening its 19^thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 15, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Hotel Pokahra Grand, Pokhara at 11:00 AM. MBL had earned Rs 28.09 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2074/75 Its LTP stood at Rs 319 as of last trading day. Today is also the last day to clinch 19.50 % dividend of Kailash Bikas Bank Limited (KBBL). The development bank’s BOD meeting held on Ashwin 6, 2074 had declared 10% bonus along with cash dividend of 9.50% to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2073/74. Its current paid up capital stands at Rs 2.29 arba. After 10% bonus shares, it will reach to Rs 2.51 arba. KBBL will be convening its 24^thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 15, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at United World Trade Center, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM. It had earned Rs crore in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75. Its LTP stood at Rs 287 as of last trading day.
