Last day to clinch 10.192% bonus shares of Goodwill Finance; LTP at Rs 180

Today is the last day to clinch dividend of Goodwill Finance Company Limited (GFCL). The BOD meeting of the finance company held on Kartik 29, 2074 has proposed 10.192 percent bonus share and 0.537 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2073/74. The register of their shareholders will close from Mangsir 25, 2074 to Poush 7, 2074 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Mangsir 24, 2074) are entitled to the bonus share of the company. It will be convening its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 7, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Goodwill Complex of Goodwill finance, Hattisar, Kathmandu  at 11:00 AM. GFCL has earned net profit of Rs 1.20 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2074/75 as per unaudited report. Its paid up capital currently stand at Rs 72.60 crore.  After issuance of 10.19% bonus share, the paid up capital will reach Rs 80 crore. Its LTP stood at Rs 180 as of last trading day.
