Kumari Bank and MinErgy Initiatives Partner to Advance Green Finance and Climate Resilience

Kumari Bank Limited has signed an MoU with MinErgy Initiatives to promote sustainable development, climate resilience, gender equality, and financial inclusion across Nepal. The partnership will connect local green projects with commercial banking services, helping improve access to finance for MSMEs and local communities.

Through the collaboration, Kumari Bank will leverage its financial network while MinErgy Initiatives will provide technical expertise in climate change mitigation. The partnership aims to build a “bank-ready community and community-ready bank” and support Nepal’s transition toward a cleaner and more climate-resilient economy.
