Kisan Microfinance auctioning 1,351 units ordinary shares at Rs 100 & above from today; LTP stood Rs 2,230

Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMFL) is auctioning its ordinary right share to general public from today (Mangsir 13, 2074).
The microfinance company is selling 1,351 units ordinary share after the right shares issued from Ashwin 4, 2074 to Kartik 7, 2074 were not fully subscribed by the investors. The microfinance company had offered right shares at the ratio of 100:24.22. Around 1.73% of the total issue were unsubscribed.
The auction will last till Mangsir 19, 2074.
Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100. Interested bidders must bid for a minimum of 100 units of share and the applied units must be divisible by 10.
Civil Capital Market Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for this auction.
The company has urged interested bidders to submit their bids by 3:00 PM till Mangsir 19, 2074 at Civil Capital Market located at CTC Mall, Sundhara, Kathamandu.
The investors applying for the auction can deposit the bid amount in the account number 00210000482018 of Civil Bank Limited in the name of Civil Capital Market Limited.
Its paid up capital after adjustment of 24.22% right shares will reach to Rs 4 crore from existing 3.22 crore. It had announced 25% bonus shares to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. After which paid up will reach to Rs 4.80 crore.
It had earned Rs 10.21 lakh in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75.
Its last traded price stood at Rs 2,230 as of last trading day.
