Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Lists 9% Perpetual Non - Cumulative Preference Shares on NEPSE

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSBBL) has listed its 9% Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preference Shares (KSBBLPNP) on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) as of Chaitra 23, 2082.

The shares, with a face value of Rs. 100 per unit, have a total paid-up value of Rs. 35 crore (Rs. 350,000,000). A total of 35,00,000 units have been listed. Trading of these shares on the secondary market began from Chaitra 24, 2082.

These preference shares can only be bought and sold between institutional investors in the secondary market. General retail investors, as well as NEPSE licensed brokers, dealers, merchant bankers, and mutual funds, are not permitted to trade these shares and are advised to take note of this restriction.

 It will be traded under the symbol "KSBBLPNP".
