Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Distributes School Bags to Underprivileged Students in Butwal

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited, under its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative, has distributed school bags to students of Butwal Secondary School through its Butwal branch.

The bank provided school bags to 70 students from underprivileged and economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Bank officials stated that such support aims to address the educational needs of early-grade students and encourage school attendance by improving motivation, confidence, and a sense of responsibility among children.

School representatives expressed gratitude for the support, noting that the initiative not only boosts students’ enthusiasm for learning but also provides relief to parents. The bank reaffirmed its commitment to continuing similar social welfare programmes in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
