Kalika Laghubitta (KMCDB) Proposes 10% Bonus Shares for FY 2076/77

Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMCDB) has proposed a 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The 197th meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 20 has decided to distribute the entirety of the dividend in bonus shares. For the fiscal year 2075/76, the company had distributed 12% bonus shares and a 0.63% cash dividend.

Note that this dividend will only be distributed after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, KMCDB has the last trading day's closing at Rs. 1,235.
