Jyoti Bikas Bank opens two new branches in Makwanpur district

Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited has opened two new branches in Makwanpur district.
Sarkesh Dhananjyu, Major of Bagmati VDC inaugurated the Phapharbari branch on Kartik 27, 2074 and Mr Rabindra Maharjan, Director of Nepal Rastra Bank, Birgunj inaugurated Hetauda branch on Kartik 28, 2074.
The bank has been providing various services to the public through its 46 branches all over the country. Moreover the development bank has 14 ATM outlets, ABBS service and modern banking services.
Issuing a press statement published today, Jyoti Bikas Bank states that, it has been able to collect a deposit of Rs. 12.40 arba and extended Rs. 10.70 arba in loans till date. After its acquisition of Raptibheri Development Bank, the bank has able to maintain its paid up capital of Rs. 2.37 arba. Jyoti Bikas Bank will maintain the minimum paid up capital requirement by issuing bonus share from the profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2073/74.
