Jebils Finance appoints Sunrise Capital as issue manager to float 40% right share

Jebils Finane Limited has appointed Sunrise Capital Limited as its issue manager for issuing 40% right share.
Laxmi Lal Nakarmi , CEO of Jebils Finance and Bijaya Lal Shrestha, CEO of Sunrise Capital have signed on the agreement.
Issuing a press statement published yesterday, Jebils Finance will be issuing 40% (10:4) right share i.e. 23,11,650 units to its shareholders. The finance company’s SGM held on Ashad 23, 2074 had approved to issue 40% right share to its shareholders.
Recently, Jebils Finance had issued 100% right share to its shareholders and 12.50% bonus shares to its shareholders. As the deadline for national level finance companies to increase their paid up capital to a minimum of Rs 80 crore by the end of FY 2073/74, JEFL had chosen to increase its capital by the way of issuance of right shares.
