Janasewi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited will be conducting its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 1, 2074. The AGM is going to be held in Hotel Benju, Kushma, Parbat at 11:00 AM.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To endorse decision for 100% right share to promoter of the company.
- To increase working areas.
- To endorse decision for issue of Initial Public Offering (IPO).
- To increase authorized, issued and paid up capital.
- To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
