Jagdamba Motors Launches SHACMAN Electric Trucks in Nepal

Jagdamba Motors, under Shanker Group, has launched the SHACMAN X5000e 6×4 Electric Prime Mover and X5000e 6×4 Electric Tipper in Nepal, marking SHACMAN’s entry into the country’s electric heavy-duty commercial vehicle segment.

The X5000e Electric Prime Mover is designed for heavy haulage and long-distance transport, while the Electric Tipper targets construction, mining and off-road operations.

Both vehicles feature electric powertrains, 6×4 drivetrains, fast charging, regenerative braking and intelligent battery management systems. They also come with air-suspended seats, multifunction steering, air conditioning and large instrument displays.

The SHACMAN X5000e 6×4 Electric Prime Mover is priced at Rs 2.05 crore, while the X5000e 6×4 Electric Tipper costs Rs 2.35 crore.

Jagdamba Motors said the new models expand its commercial vehicle portfolio into the electric heavy-duty segment and will cater to Nepal’s transportation, construction, mining and industrial sectors.
