Issue of 10.5% SBL Debenture 2082 opens from today; Applications can be placed for minimum 25 units

Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) is issuing “10.5% SBL Debenture 2082” from 23rd Mangsir 2075 i.e today. Debentures worth Rs.2.25 Arba are being issued at par value of Rs.1000 per unit. The debentures with maturity period of 7 years will be providing interest rate of 10.5% annually to the debenture holders.
The issue will be closed on 26th Mangsir 2075 at the earliest and on 23rdPoush 2075 at the latest. Applications can be placed for minimum 25 units and maximum 100,000 units. NIBL Ace Capital has been appointed as the issue manager of this issue.
Before Siddhartha Bank, Sanima Bank had issued “10% Sanima Debentures 2085” which will remain open until 1st Poush 2075.
Currently, maximum interest rate on savings account is 7% and that on fixed deposits is 10% due to which annual return of 10.5% from the debentures may seem attractive to the investors.
