Infinity Laghubitta Two-Day Capacity Building Programme on Risk Management and Leadership

Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has successfully concluded a two-day capacity building and review programme titled "Managing Risk, Building Confidence" at Landmark Hotel in Pokhara on Shrawan (15-16), 2083, aimed at strengthening corporate governance, effective risk management and staff professional capacity.

The event was chaired by CEO Gyanishwor Panta and was inaugurated by Board Chairman Bishnu Kumar Ghimire as chief guest, with Director Ramesh Kumar and founder shareholder Dinesh Adhikari as special guests. Branch chiefs, monitoring officers and department heads from all 102 branches took part.

The programme included a detailed review of branch performance, covering past achievements, challenges, areas for improvement and future direction. Department heads provided training on risk management, credit and recovery management, internal control systems, governance, effective service delivery, leadership development and branch management.
