IME General Insurance to provide easy claim service to BYD EV owners

IME General Insurance has inked an agreement with Cimex Inc BYD for Easy Claim Settlement Service for its customers who have their BYD vehicles insured with IME General Insurance.

The MoU was signed between CEO of the insurance company Mr. Yogesh Bhakta Bade Shrestha and Deputy MD of Cimex Inc Mr. Aakash Bikram Thapa.

Following the accident, insured customers can ring 9851332113 to let the company know about the accident after which their easy cashless insurance claim process will begin where the insurance company will directly pay the insurance amount to the vehicle company, as per the media statement.
