IEDI Selects ICT Foundation Nepal to Run Startup Incubation Program for 50+ Startups

The Industrial Enterprise Development Institute has selected ICT Foundation Nepal to implement a Business Incubation Service (BIS) program aimed at supporting more than 50 early-stage startups in Kathmandu Valley and Itahari.

The Digital and IT-enabled startup incubation program will run from March to June 2026 in a hybrid format, offering mentorship, business development support, investor readiness training, and capacity building.

It also aims to expand entrepreneurship beyond Kathmandu by strengthening regional innovation ecosystems and including entrepreneurs from underserved areas.

Selected startups will gain access to expert guidance, networking opportunities, and national platforms such as ICT Award, Startup and Idea Fest, and other major tech events. High-performing startups may also receive seed funding support.

The initiative seeks to promote inclusive entrepreneurship, innovation-driven economic growth, and help startups scale nationally and internationally.
