ICRA Nepal Limited has reaffirmed the issuer rating of Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited (UTHL) at [ICRANP-IR] D, indicating that the company is in default or likely to default soon.
The rating has also been removed from the “Issuer Not Cooperating” category. The agency clarified that the rating reflects overall creditworthiness and is not specific to any particular debt instrument.
