ICFC Finance Approves 10.52% Cash Dividend at 23rd AGM

ICFC Finance Limited has approved a 10.52635% cash dividend from its profit for the fiscal year 2082/83 at its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Ashwin 13, 2083.

The approved dividend includes tax payable on behalf of shareholders. The AGM was held at Boudha Heritage, Boudha Pipalbot, Kathmandu, and the company said the approved cash dividend will be deposited into shareholders’ respective bank accounts on the same day.

The AGM also appointed S.A.R. Associates, Chartered Accountants as the company’s external auditor for FY 2083/84.

ICFC Finance has a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.18 arba and provides financial services to more than 100,000 customers through 21 branches. As of the end of Bhadra in the current fiscal year, the finance company had collected Rs. 22.67 arba in deposits and extended Rs. 19.61 arba in loans.
