ICAN Honors Top Banks, Insurance Firms and Companies with NBPA Awards 2025

Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) has distributed the National Best Presented Annual Report (NBPA) Awards 2025, recognizing leading banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, and corporate houses for excellence in financial reporting, transparency, governance, and accountability.

Among major winners, Nabil Bank secured the Gold Award in the private banking category, Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited won Gold in the development bank category, while Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited and Shikhar Insurance Company Limited emerged as top winners in life and non-life insurance categories, respectively.

ICAN said the awards aim to encourage institutions to adopt international standards of financial reporting, corporate governance, transparency, and responsible financial practices, with national winners becoming eligible to compete in the regional South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) awards.
