IAA-Nepal Chapter's workshop concludes
KATHMANDU:
International Advertising Association (IAA) – Nepal Chapter’s three-day ‘Extensive Workshop on 21st Century Campaign Planning’ concluded here today. The workshop was well participated by top notch professionals from various advertising and communication agencies, media and other organisations. Participants actively got involved in each and every session and were also able to brand themselves in this process, according to the
press statement.Nabin Shrestha, creative lead and managing director of Water Comm, mentioned the workshop was a fantastic exercise to involve and create brand development process. He was particularly impressed with consumer insights during the workshop.
Pratik Pradhan, head of strategic planning of Prismark Marketing,commended the five-key questions that power a brand success and also got very involved in the process.
He said this kind of workshop will not only give new dimension to the strategic development and planning process but also helps to understand brand in a very different approach, as per the release.
Nishesh Shakya, executive director of IPTM, was personally very happy that he was part of this workshop which not only helped him on personal growth but also helped to understand eight Ps in creating a brand.
The statement further quoted Sumit Roy, coach at Univbrands, as saying, “I have seen plenty of talents in this market, which will help in growing people who grow brands. I am seeing stupendous growth in brand creation exercise in coming days in Nepal market.’
From the organiser’s point of view, Ranjit Acharya, vice president of IAA-Nepal Chapter, said this kind of workshop will aid in generating exposure on brand creation and planning. He further informed that new dates for another workshop would be announced soon. The workshop was supported by Advertising Association of Nepal (AAN), Prismark Marketing and The Himalayan Times.
