Hyatt gives $2,500 to Children's Protection Home

Hyatt Regency, as part of Hyatt Thrive Global Month of Community Service, has donated US $2,500 to the Children's Protection Home in order to help it in its efforts to improve the welfare of children. The Hyatt Thrive Global Month of Community Service program, which is now in its fifth year, encourages hotels around the world to give something back to the communities, according to a press release issued by Hyatt Regency. "We are honored to support the Children's Protection Home and its valuable contribution to our community," the release quoted Sinead O'Reilly-Henell, general manager of Hyatt Regency Kathmandu, as saying. "It is most important for us to be active participants in our area, and this program gives us the chance to give something back to the local community."
