Hotel Garima Limited Partners with NIMB Ace Capital to Launch IPO Journey

Hotel Garima Limited, a five-star standard luxury hotel based in Itahari, Koshi Province, and owner of Soaltee Westend Itahari, is preparing to go public through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). On June 6, 2025, the company signed a Roadmap to IPO Service Agreement with NIMB Ace Capital Limited in Kathmandu.

Under this agreement, NIMB Ace Capital will act as the Corporate Advisor, ensuring regulatory compliance and institutional preparedness for the IPO. This move reflects Hotel Garima’s commitment to transparency, growth, and enhancing investment opportunities in Nepal's hospitality and tourism sectors.
