Himalayan Life Insurance Limited has appointed Senior Deputy Chief Executive Officer Kabi Fuyal as its Acting Chief Executive Officer.
The decision was made during the company's 79th board of directors meeting held on Tuesday, Ashwin 13, 2083.
Mr. Fuyal will serve as the company's Acting CEO effective from Ashwin 26, 2083, until further arrangements are made.
