Himalayan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (HLBSL) held its 14th Annual General Meeting on 28th Poush 2082 in Kathmandu, chaired by Bijaya Man Nakarmi.
The AGM approved the financial report for FY 2081/82, a 7% dividend, and proposals related to mergers and acquisitions with other microfinance institutions.
Sunita Acharya was unanimously elected as a director for a four-year term. HLBSL currently serves 81,000 members and manages loans worth Rs. 5 Arba.
