Himalayan Investment Banker Appoints Shailesh Subedi as New CEO

Himalayan Investment Banker Limited has appointed Shailesh Subedi as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective Ashadh 11, 2083, following a decision by the company’s 43rd Board of Directors meeting.

The company stated that Subedi’s extensive experience in capital markets, credit rating, private equity, and risk assessment is expected to strengthen institutional growth, service expansion, corporate governance, and investor-friendly services as the company continues contributing to Nepal’s capital market development.
