Himalayan Bullion Signs Agreement With SALICO for Insurance Coverage

Himalayan Bullion Company Ltd. has signed an agreement with Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Ltd. (SALICO) to provide accidental insurance coverage to its customers.

Under the agreement, the insurance coverage will be available from Ghatasthapana during the upcoming Dashain festival.

Customers under the company’s three membership categories will receive coverage of up to Rs 100,000 for Silver membership, Rs 500,000 for Gold membership and Rs 1 million for Diamond membership.

Himalayan Bullion, which has been operating in the jewellery business for the past 25 years, said the arrangement has been made with customer safety in mind.
