Himalayan Bank Limited has published a notice urging shareholders to collect uncollected due dividends.

The company has unclaimed dividend fund in its accounts from the fiscal year 2050/51 itself. The shareholders entitled to the dividend distributed by different AGMs should present proof of share ownership and proof of identity at Himalayan Capital in order to claim their dividend.

Furthermore, the owners of accounts that have remained dormant for 10 years or more should also consult with the bank to continue services. The list of dormant accounts and shareholders with unclaimed dividend can be accessed at the company's official website, himalayanbank.com.
