Himal Dolakha Hydropower Limited's AGM Rescheduled For Ashad 26

Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Limited (HDHPC) has officially announced a new date for its 17th & 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which had previously been postponed due to the lack of a quorum. The company had originally scheduled the meeting for Ashad 04, 2083, but it could not be held due to insufficient attendance.
Following this, the company has decided to reconvene the postponed AGM on a new date but same location. The meeting will now take place on 26th Ashad, 2083, at 09:30 AM, at Big Banquet and Events Pvt. Ltd, Taukhel, Lalitpur.
The company has requested all shareholders to attend the reconvened meeting and participate in the proceedings. The agenda for the AGM will remain unchanged from the original schedule and will include discussions as per the predetermined items.
