Him Star Urja Company Freezes Recently Allotted Securities Due to Technical Error

Him Star Urja Company Limited has informed that the securities allotted under its recent IPO have been frozen.

The company stated that during the process of crediting allotted shares to investors’ accounts on Bhadra 2, 2082, a technical error occurred through its share registrar and transfer representative, NIC Asia Capital Limited.

Accordingly, all securities credited on that date have been frozen until the error is rectified and the necessary processes are completed. Further updates will be communicated to investors once resolved.
