Hathway Investment Nepal's Director Shiv Singh Karki Resigns After Two and a Half Years

 Shiv Singh Karki, Director of Hathway Investment Nepal Limited, has resigned from his position after serving for around two and a half years, citing professional and work-related commitments as the reason.

Karki, who represented the general public shareholders on the company's Board, stated in his resignation that he was unable to continue fulfilling his responsibilities as Director due to these commitments. The resignation was approved during the company's 230th Board meeting held on Monday, Ashad 22, 2083, at 4:00 PM.

Karki had been elected unopposed as Director at the company's 15th Annual General Meeting held on Poush 26, 2080.
