Greenlife Hydropower’s 16th AGM Adjourned Due to Lack of Quorum

Greenlife Hydropower Limited (GHL) has announced that its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was scheduled to be held on Magh 02, 2082, has been adjourned due to the absence of the required quorum.
According to the company, the AGM was convened in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2063, and the company’s Articles of Association. However, as the minimum number of shareholders required to form a quorum was not present, the meeting could not proceed, and therefore, all scheduled agendas remained unaddressed. The company has informed its shareholders that further notice regarding the rescheduled date, time, and venue of the adjourned AGM will be issued in due course, as per prevailing legal provisions.
