Gold Prices Dip in Nepal's Local Market Amid Global Market Changes

In the wake of a minor decline in international gold prices, the local market has also felt the impact, with gold prices dropping by Rs. 1,400 per tola compared to yesterday. On the other hand, silver prices have seen a slight increase of Rs. 5 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of one tola of Fine gold is currently set at Rs. 190,800. In contrast, one tola of silver is being sold at Rs. 1,960 in the market.

On Thursday, the price of one tola of gold stood at Rs. 192,200, and silver was being traded at Rs. 1,955 per tola. Internationally, the price of one ounce of gold is currently hovering around USD 3,333, as reported by global news outlets.
