Gold Gains Rs. 1,100 Per Tola Overnight; Silver Trading at Monthly High

The price of gold has gained Rs. 1,100 per tola today.

According to the official website of the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is being traded in the local market today at Rs. 91,700 per tola. Meanwhile, tejabi gold is being traded at Rs. 91,200 per tola. Yesterday, the respective types were maintained at Rs. 90,600 per tola and Rs. 90,100 per tola.

Fine gold has gone as high as Rs. 92,200 in the month of Baisakh and as low as Rs. 89,800. Meanwhile, tejabi gold has traded in the range of Rs. 89,350 to Rs. 91,700.

On the sideline, silver is being traded today at Rs. 1,350 per tola, compared to yesterday's rate of Rs. 1,315 per tola. Silver is at its highest point for the month of Baisakh.
