Global IME Bank Urges Shareholders to Collect Due Dividend

Global IME Bank Limited has published a notice urging shareholders to collect uncollected due dividends.

Specifically, the bank has urged investors to claim the dividend distributed till the fiscal year 2071/72. Investors who fail to claim their dividend within 5 years of dividend distribution will have their dividend deposited to the Investors Protection Fund instead.

Global IME Capital is the company's share registrar. Investors who haven't claimed this dividend should present their share certificate and proof of identity at the share registrar to claim their dividend.

For dividends distributed after the fiscal year 2071/72, eligible shareholders should dematerialize their shares or update their bank details as needed.
