Global IME Bank Appoints Bindra Hada Bhattarai as Independent Director

Global IME Bank Limited has appointed Bindra Hada Bhattarai as an independent female director to its Board of Directors. The decision was made during a board meeting to fill the vacant position.

She was formally welcomed to the board by bank Chairman Chandra Prasad Dhakal at a special ceremony attended by senior management and board members.

Bhattarai brings over three decades of experience in public administration, governance, and development management, having served in various key government institutions including ministries and national commissions. She also holds advanced academic qualifications in public policy, law, and chemistry from reputed universities.

The bank believes her expertise will strengthen its strategic direction, corporate governance, CSR initiatives, and long-term sustainable development goals.
