Global IME, Asian Life Insurance, Yeti, Nepal Express , Tinau Bikas , Kabeli and Birat Laxmi listed bonus share

Seven companies including Gobal IME Bank Limited, Asian Life Insurance, Yeti Finance Limited, Nepal Express Finance, Tinau Development Bank, Kabeli Bikas Bank and Birat Laxmi Bikas Bank Limited have listed their bonus share on Nepal Stock Exchange today for trading purpose. These companies have provided bonus share to its shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2068/69.

In total, Global IME Bank Limited has listed its 6,77,445 units Bonus shares (serial no.21848125 to 22525569). Asian Life Insurance Co. Limited has listed its 3,91,666 units Bonus shares (serial no.4579619 to 4971284), Yeti Finance Limited has listed its 2,16,384 units Bonus shares (serial no.1803201 to 2019584), Nepal Express Finance Limited has listed its 2,18,696 units Bonus shares (serial no.1598866 to 1817561), Tinau Development Bank Limited has listed its 1,50,000 units Bonus shares (serial no.1000001 to 1150000), Kabeli Bikas Bank Limited has listed its 20,000 units Bonus share (Serial No. 200001 to 220000) and Birat Laxmi Bikas Bank Limited has listed both Bonus shares 2,08,247 units (serial no.1733556 to 1941802) and Right Shares 1,08,848 units (serial no.743669 to 1651168) on the NEPSE for trading from today.

Earlier Global IME Bank Limited has distributed 3 percent bonus share and 10 percent cash dividend. Asian Life Insurance Co. Limited has given 8.29 percent bonus share to its shareholders; Whereas Yeti Finance Limited has circulated 12 percent bonus share to its shareholders.

Also, Nepal Express Finance Limited distributed 14 percent bonus share, Tinau Bikas Bank Limited gave out 15 percent bonus share and Kabeli Bikas Bank Limited allotted 10 percent bonus share to its shareholders.

Birat Laxmi Bikas Bank Limited has distributed 12 percent bonus share to its shareholders and called 10:2 ratio Right Share during the fiscal year 2068/69.
