Garima Bikas Bank Shifts Head Office to Baluwatar

Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL)
has formally inaugurated its newly constructed head office in Baluwatar, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-3, with Nepal Rastra Bank Governor Prof. Dr. Biswo Nath Poudel officiating the ceremony on Bhadra 3, 2083. Following the inauguration, the bank’s head office has been relocated from Lazimpat to Baluwatar.
The bank, which began operations from Waling, Syangja in 2007, later moved its head office to Pokhara and then to Lazimpat, Kathmandu in 2017 after becoming a national-level development bank.

Bank CEO Mr. Madhav Prasad Upadhaya said the new building marks a new chapter in the bank’s journey, while Chairperson Dilip Pratap Khan highlighted plans to strengthen corporate governance, technology, innovation and sustainable growth.
Garima Bikas Bank currently operates 126 branches and 51 ATMs, serving nearly one million customers across the country.
