Garima Bikas Bank listed 14, 85,006 unit shares on NEPSE

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has listed shares of Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL) for trading. Now the investors holding shares of the development bank can sell their shares. Garima Bikas Bank has listed 14, 85,006 units shares after the successful merger with Nilgiri Bikas Bank Ltd. The secondary transaction of the development bank was halt in the NEPSE due to merger process. Garima Bikas Bank and Nilgiri Bikas bank has commenced its joint operation from Ashad 29,2072. GBBL had earned Rs 16.31 core in the fourth quarter of last fiscal year 2071/72. Its last trading price stood at Rs 305 on April 23, 2015.
