Garima Bikas Bank Concludes 20th AGM, Approves 20% Dividend

Garima Bikas Bank Limited held its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 26, 2083 at Hotel Pokhara Grande, Pokhara. The AGM approved a total dividend of 20%, comprising 10% cash dividend and 10% bonus shares.

The AGM also approved the bank’s annual report, financial statements for FY 2082/83, and the appointment of an auditor for FY 2083/84.

The bank’s current paid-up capital stands at Rs 6.02 billion. Following the distribution of bonus shares, its paid-up capital will increase to Rs 6.62 billion.

Garima Bikas Bank currently operates 126 branches and 51 ATMs across the country, providing banking services through its branch network and digital platforms.
