Garima Bikas Bank Achieves Dual ISO Certification for Quality and Information Security

Garima Bikas Bank Limited has received two internationally recognized certifications, ISO 9001:2015 for quality banking services and ISO 27001:2022 for information security management. With this achievement, the bank has become one of the few institutions to hold both certifications simultaneously.

The certificates were officially handed over at a program held at the bank’s central office in Lazimpat by Lead Auditor Roshan Shrestha of InterCert to CEO Madhav Prasad Upadhaya. During the event, the CEO stated that the bank will further strengthen its commitment to delivering quality services and enhancing information security.

Garima Bikas Bank currently operates 126 branch offices across Nepal, serving around 900,000 customers with reliable and secure digital as well as physical banking services, contributing to improved banking standards in the country.
