KATHMANDU, Sept 10:

Fishtail Ultra Flights has resumed regular flights in Pokhara. The company, which has halted operations due to the monsoon season, resumed flights from Tuesday.

Paras Raj Gautam, the managing director of Fishtail Ultra Flights, said in a statement that the company had stopped operations due to monsoon for a certain period and was resuming its flights. "We have not only resumed flights but also introduced special offers," Gautam said.

The company is offering 15-minute, 30-minute and an hour's flights. Flights begin at 06:30 am till 11:00 hours, and 14:00 hours till 17:00 hours.

The company, which started with two ultra-light aircraft, now has three ultra-light aircraft.

"We use aircraft manufactured in the United Kingdom which are flown by Nepali pilots. Pilots and passengers can interact with headphones, which is why our aircraft is preferred by tourists," Gautam said in the statement, adding that tourists have said they loved the company's services as the speed of the aircraft was high and one could see more in less time in the air.
