Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle to Meet Top Commercial Bank CEOs to Discuss Economic Reforms Today

Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle is holding a high level meeting today with the chief executive officers (CEOs) of Nepal’s 20 major commercial banks to review the state of the financial market and discuss key economic reforms.

The meeting, scheduled for 3:00 PM at the Ministry of Finance, brings together the heads of all commercial banks recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank, the country's central bank.

The primary goal of the discussion is to evaluate the practical implementation of economic reform measures announced in the national budget. Finance Minister Wagle aims to assess the current financial market conditions while outlining the active role and cooperation needed from leading financial institutions to drive these reforms forward.
