Excel Development Bank Decides Not To Distribute Dividend For FY 2081/82

Excel Development Bank Limited (EDBL) has announced that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2081/82.
The 345th Board Meeting of EDBL held on Ashadh 07, 2083 has decided that the bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2081/82. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
EDBL closed at Rs. 571.50.
