Excel Development Bank Decides Not To Distribute Dividend For FY 2079/80

Excel Development Bank Limited (EDBL) has announced that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2079/80.
The 306th Board Meeting of EDBL held on Jestha 24, 2080 has decided that the bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2079/80. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
EDBL closed at Rs. 379.40 yesterday.
