Everest Finance calls bids for unsubscribed promoter right shares

Everest Finance Limited (EFL) has called bids for its promoter right shares from the members of general public.

According to a notice published by the finance today, it has announced to auction 67,120 units of promoter shares.

Earlier, on March 23, 2014, the finance had announced to auction 2,37,920 units promoter right shares but applications were received only for 1,70,800 unit shares, with 67120 units remaining unsubscribed.

Interested applicants can file their bids till Chaitra 26. Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit.
