Everest Bank Partners with NCHL to Enable NEPALPAY Card Services

Everest Bank Limited has partnered with Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL) to become a principal member of the NPS-National Card Switch & Domestic Card Scheme (NEPALPAY Card).

This collaboration enables Everest Bank to issue and acquire NEPALPAY cards for its customers following the commercial rollout of the NEPALPAY infrastructure.

The scheme aims to reduce reliance on international card networks, ensure data localization, and enhance digital innovation in Nepal. Everest Bank, a leading commercial bank, currently operates 132 branches, 32 revenue counters, and 167 ATMs nationwide.
