Everest Bank Launches Rs. 3 Arba Debenture with Laxmi Sunrise Capital

Everest Bank Limited has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited to manage the issuance and sale of its Rs. 3 Arba debenture, named “Everest Bank Limited Debenture 2088”.
The bank will sell 30 lakh units at Rs. 1,000 per unit, with 40% allocated to the general public and 60% to individual investors. The 6-year debenture offers an annual interest rate of 6.25%, paid semi-annually.
