ETIHAD AIRWAYS HOSTS ANNUAL TRADE AWARDS

KATHMANDU, Aug 26:

Etihad Airways, the national airlines of the United Arab Emirates, hosted its annual trade awards to recognize its top travel partners in Nepal for their support and performance. Issuing a press release, the awards were an acknowledgement of the contributions made by travel partners toward the success of Etihad Airways' operations in Nepal.

We remain faithful in our commitment to our partnerships with our agencies and agents in Nepal; especially more so after the disastrous earthquakes earlier this year. The Etihad trade award is a way for us to recognize and reward their support and contributions. Not only do the awards recognize our top selling agents; but also value agents selling our partner airlines Jet Airways and Air Berlin," the release quoted Pawana Shrestha, Etihad's general manager in Nepal, as saying at the program.

A total of 30 awards across seven categories were presented to 19 trade partners.
